Orders & Refunds

Payment is required before delivery. 

The flowers varieties pictured are for reference only. Your order will be made based on the colour palette using flower varieties that are the same or similar to the picture depending on seasonal and grower availability. 

All orders are quality checked by Flowers and Florals Botanica prior to delivery. Information on how to care for your flowers can be found on our website. 

You must inspect your order immediately upon arrival and if the order is not correct or there is an issue then you must email flowersandfloralsbotanica@outlook.com within 1 day of receipt of your order with your order number and photos of your order. We will review and determine if a refund is required.

 Local Flower Delivery

Orders must placed by 9 pm the day before delivery.

Orders are delivered between 10am and 7pm but this can be subject to change. Please discuss with us for any special delivery times.

We will do everything to endure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay caused by any event which is out of our reasonable control including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us

Please ensure you have provided us with delivery instructions for what to do with the flowers if the recipient isn't there to receive them. Please ensure you have provided a correct contact phone number and we will do our best to make contact with the recipient. If there are no instructions and there is no where to leave the flowers safely then we will contact you to find a solution, if a re-delivery is needed, a fee will be payable at the same cost as the first attempt at delivery.

Limitation on claims

Our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to the replacement of the order or the supply of equivalent goods or a refund.

We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether replacement or a refund will be offered.

Our total liability for loss or damage of every kinds, arising out of or in relation to the supply of the order, their sale, delivery or the way they behave or act, is limited to an amount equivalent to the sum paid by you to us for the Order.

Force majeure

We do not have any liability under or may be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement for any delays or failures in performance of this Agreement which result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we are affected by these circumstances we will promptly notify you when such circumstances cause a delay or failure in performance and when they cease to do so.

Applicable Law

The parties expressly agree that this Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales

 

Dahlia Tubers

Our Dahlia tubers are sent throughout the month of October when the weather has warmed. We take the utmost care to select healthy and viable tubers. 

We do not accept any responsibility for rough handling by the post or being left uncollected at the post office.

If you are unhappy with the way your tubers arrive, please send us an email at flowersandfloralsbotanica@outlook.com as soon as your parcel arrives with your concerns and provide photos of the state of the tubers on arrival. 

We take no responsibility for tuber growth after you have received your tubers as storage, planting conditions and climate are out of our control.
